Many tutors I’ve worked with have the hustle mindset. While I do think being a Tutorpreneur® does involve some hustle, I also teach my students how to work less by creating systems and processes that allow them to enjoy life more. As a full-time teacher and tutor, I don’t want to spend all my time working. Making extra money at the cost of spending time with my family just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I had to find a way to make money passively while still impacting the lives of my students.

Once you make the mindset shift away from trading all your time for dollars, you’ll actually be creating an abundance mindset that allows money to flow freely to you. The one step all those money mindset gurus leave out in their free content is creating systems that make money for you. Let me explain. If you have a product line on Teachers Pay Teachers that took you one month to create, that’s one month you worked on it. Now it sits online and makes money for you while you are busy doing other things like teaching, tutoring or spending time doing something you love. The key is knowing what kind of product is going to sell, giving it the right title and creating weekly content that lets your ideal customer know you have the solution(s) to their problem.
